CANINE COUNTRY RESORT Dog Lovers: If you would like to board your dog while staying with us at Glenmere Mansion we can recommend a wonderful facility 10 minutes away from Glenmere in Goshen, NY. “Canine Country Resort” is an upscale dog boarding facility located nearby. Founded in 1998 by John Ross, their mission has been to provide a home away from home for all dogs that stay at the facility. With 15 acres of beautiful farmland to play on, a very well trained staff and spacious living stalls your dog will be cared for with the attention your pet deserves. As a recommendation, the owners of Glenmere Mansion have 2 red standard poodles (“Woodrow” Wilson and “Winston” Churchill) that board at the facility when away from “home.” The facility does require certain paperwork before your dog can stay overnight so please contact the facility directly for those requirements.
