As a licensed liquor establishment, private liquor may not be brought onto the property. Glenmere will make every effort to accommodate the dietary requirements of our guests and wherever possible will exclude requested food items, ingredients and allergens from the dishes we serve. However, Glenmere prepares all food in one centralized kitchen. Allergen-based meals are prepared in the same area as allergen-free meals. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute separation and cannot take responsibility for any adverse reaction that may occur. While Glenmere offers gluten-free menu options, we are not a gluten-free facility. Cross-contamination may occur, and Glenmere is unable to guarantee that any item can be completely free of allergens.
